Question HP Pavilion 570-p059 Stuck With A Black Screen

I've had this trashy HP Pavilion for a few years and it's been black screening for a while. I'd usually let it sit off for a month then plug it into a different monitor then it would work, but I want to replace it now and obviously can't access my files due to this. Is there any way to get it to work properly now besides my method?

Resetting the CMOS? Be sure to unplug the PC from power beforehand.

Resetting the CMOS?

I didn't reset it but taking out one of the sticks of RAM got the system to post, but Windows 10 will no longer load anything, not even a mouse cursor.
