HP Pavilion 580-023w upgrade path

So, I traded my xbox for a https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-580-023w-i5-7400-Graphics/dp/B077S27YLP and i was looking for upgrade suggestions.

I'm looking to upgrade the stock 300w psu, the stock 8 gb ram to 16 gb ram, and add a ssd to it. I'm going to be buying all of this like some time soon. I'm preparing for future upgrades like a 1060 6 gb or 1070 and a i7-7700, to replace the stock 1060 3 gb gpu and i5 7400. I might need a new cooler for that hardware as well. Not sure what kind of cooler would fit in my case though.

Any suggestions would be a big help. Thanks.

That's a heck of a trade, you got the better end of the deal for sure.

A 6b or even the 1070 is't worth the upgrade cost IMO. Wait for the next round of Nvidia cards to roll out and snag one of those.
SSD is a good upgrade for anyone. As would be an external backup device if you don't already have one.
i5 to i7 benefits depend on what you plan on using the pc for. You shouldn't need a new cooler unless you want one, both are only 65watts.
