Hp pavilion a6300f pc is making a horn noise, when turned on, but no picture not

the computer makes a horn noise for 30sec. off and on. i have no picture, no activity except this horn. what is the problem, ? i have cleaned the inside of dust, i have unplugged and plugged the power cord.

i did it but it didn't stop the buzzing and still has no picture hope there is another option to fix my computer problem... email me at evebette@hotmail.com if you guys have any ideas thank you very much your help is much appreciated...
