HP pavilion dv7 Power issues

My HP pavilion dv7 4263cl will only charge the battery when system is off. And the battery drains very fast when running. Could anybody help, Please.

Please do try doing a battery calibration with your laptop that may help.

If the battery calibration will still not work I would suggest replacing the battery since it's already faulty.

Thanks for your suggestion Laptop_Nerd. But I have already done battery calibration and a new battery and still same problem.
