Question HP Pavilion laptop not turning on

Hi

I have a Hp Pavilion Laptop, model no: 15-cc598na.

It is not switching on (Not turning on) when I press power button with both Battery or power cable.

Laptop was working fine. I wanted to upgrade the memory. so open the back panel and
add new memory module. Now it doesn't want to start. I also removed add memory module.
still doesn't want to start.
I google for the solution. people say to removed battery and power cable
and then press power for one minute to drain static charge. but no luck.
Also I don't see any CMos or BIOS battery in this laptop to reset.

Please can you help, I am very confused suddenly stop working.

You probably need to replace the interior battery. It’s like a small round watch battery. It’s a pain to open up your laptop but it can be done. When you turn the laptop on are you hearing the fan running?
