HP Pavilion Gaming Latest AMD Ryzen 5 5600H Processor 15.6"(39.6cm)FHD Gaming Laptop (8GB/512GB SSD/Windows 11 Home/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB Graphics/B&O/Backlit KB/1.98 Kg), 15-ec2150AX
So this is my laptop.
I was playing the "green hell" game and suddenly my screen went black couple of times (light was emitting not dead black one). I thought maybe the game is loading, but after sometimes while playing monitor went completely black, no light was coming out of it.
I didn't touch it for 10 minutes then i force shut it down using power button. I charged it for a while and while the charger plugged in, i turned it on again but still the same, keyboard light is present but screen is dead, so i shut it down again.
After an hour i tried to turn it on again, but this time the keyboard light just flashed ONCE and then it's gone, monitor is not lighting up either no bios screen. But power led is on. I thought maybe it drained charge and i charged it 100% but still the same.
What might cause the problem? If it really was overheating it would just shut down right?
I didn't update anything before this incident.
Please help.
