Question HP Pavilion Replacement Charger

I have an HP Pavilion 15-cx0056wm and need to buy a replacement charger. On the back of the laptop it says the input is 10.5vdc 7.7A but do i really need a 7.7 amp charger to be able to game on it? Please help. Thanks

Replacement charger must match the specifications printed on the original charger irrespective of whether or not you run games on your laptop.

i don’t have the charger though i lost it i only have the laptop
