HP Pavilion Upgrade

Hey,
I bought this pc in 2007, and i want to upgrade and change the operating system which is currently windows vista. The machine will basically be used for business, word processing, accounting, and photo editing. Any recommendations on what to switch out or add to this machine would be great! Switch out the GPU with a 750ti minimum, might need a new PSU. Not to sure if the GPU will work due to the PCI-slot, and I can't find anything else....
Take out the TV tuner if not needed.

Do you think i should also upgrade the RAM to 8gb, or just leave it at 4gb?

I had a hp product with windows 7 and hp did not support upgrading to windows 8. I'm not sure you would have support for you hardware. Why not try hp forums. you might have better info there.

Definitely up RAM since 4 gigs is just not enough anymore. Also, HP may not support it, but if you buy your own copy, it should still work.
