Hello guys,
I hope you can help with this very frustrating problem. All of a sudden the ctrl keys of my HP Pavilion are virtually stuck, which are just glitching and I can confirm it with the on-scree keyboard.
I have tried to uninstall the keyboard drivers and nothing; tried to restore the system to 2 weeks ago and nothing. I have plugged an external USB keyboard and Im still unable to use it since the CTRL keys are still glitching.
Is a 2 years old HP Pavilion laptop, running Windows 10 since October 2015 and have never face this problem before and as I said, it was out off nowhere.
Please if you could help me, because reading from others it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue.
Thank you for your help!
Update:
-I have recently reset this laptop and the problem is still there.
-The only way I can type is by holding the FN key
