Question HP Pavilion won't boot ?

I have an intel pavilion 14, and it has a boot problem, sometimes it won't boot at all with the power button blinking and other times it would display many white lines all over the screen. Now when it actually booted, the display is showing with white side borders.

You might want to try and replace the ram in your laptop with known working ones and see if the issue persists. Also, can you be specific of the model for your laptop by providing an SKU to said mobile computing device?
