I would like some advice on whether my current system is worth upgrading or if it should be replaced. Its given me several years of mostly problem free gaming, but the new games out there just dont run very well with this video card. While looking into new video cards I realized I dont have enough power in the 300V PSU to run the 8800 GT card I was planning to buy Will a new psu and video card extend the usefullness of this system? and if so any recommendations? Also I am concerned with overheating. For the last few months the video card has been getting so hot it shuts the system down. I've opened the side and placed a small 8" tabletop fan inside and I have had no further problems, other than the dust of course. Thanks in advance for the excellent advice I'm sure to get!
