HP Pavilon Slimline

Hi, I wanted to upgrade my graphics card in my HP Pavilion Slimline S5610F PC and I would like to know which one will be best for my system, If there is any.

It has a small 220 watts PSU and must be low profile since it is a slimline the case is smaller than a normal case

Only thing diffrent in the specs is that I have 8 GB of ram everything else is stock.
