I pull out everything on another PC, the CPU, RAM, Harddisk, GPU / graphics card, power supply works
and the problem is, if I replace the motherboard with something like MSI / ASUS etc.
will I lost the free upgrade of windows 10 and others that may cause problems to the data?

Do you check your PC to see it is under warranty or not?
What happened? the PC did not boot. Or something else.
