Question Hp pc just runs really slow in documents folder (storage folder thing)

I open the documents on my hp computer and it just says “not responding” wherever I am and the task manager says ram is at 53% and cpu at 12%. Do I need a new computer? It has started running pretty slow over the past 3 days

Can you check on the resource management which process is consuming the most memory and post its pic here
