HP Photosmart 7150 problem

I am having a problem with my HP Photosmart 7150 printer. When I attempt to
print something, it gives me this error message:

" The print cartridge cradle cannot move. Check under the device top cover
for paper jam or other obstructions. "

There is no paper jam. I have checked to be certain that there is nothing
loose or disconnected. I can't account for this. Has anyone else seen this
problem?

If it's a new printer and you've never been able to print then check you
removed ALL the packing tapes that are designed to keep the print cartridge
in place while shipping.

If it printed fine before but now doesn't and it's still under guarantee,
call HP.
