Product Name: HP Photosmart 7525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have an HP Photosmart 7525 All-in-one printer that has worked fine for several years. However, in the past several of weeks the device has started to randomly reboot itself for no reason. There have been no changes made to my Win 7 Pro 64b PC (connected via USB), although the wireless is also enabled for access from other devices
The period between the reboots can vary from an hour or less to over 1 day.
I have replaced the (external) power cord & adapter (HP #0957-2304) and am still experiencing the problem.
How can I find the part number, price and ordering information for the INTERNAL POWER CONTROL MODULE?
