Question HP Presario Compaq CQ61 media related issues

I've recently just dug out an old laptop to watch Netflix and Prime while out in the shed, however it seems to struggle with loading videos, a lot of the time the video playback is playing catchup to the audio, and other times it just doesn't load altogether. I've tested the laptop with just a direct connection to the mains with the battery unplugged, tried installing fresh drivers and windows however issue still occurs.

Windows 10 64bit Pro
AMD Sempron(tm) M100, 2000 Mhz, 1 Core(s), 1 Logical Processor(s)
2GB RAM
Radeon 4200 graphics

If there's any other info I can provide let me know.
