Hello,I have bought a new computer but my printer which is HP does not support windows 7 what can i do?

Hi, first make sure your printer is powered on but dont connect to pc yet.



Then try the link below and download run the full feature software and driver package and follow steps, and then connect the printer when you're told.

How can you link to a printer driver when you don't know what printer model he has? Looks like ads to me.

Jilly, post what printer model you have. You can try to use the Vista drivers, or do a Windows update and see if there are driver updates that will come down. There may also be generic HP drivers for Win 7 that will work for printing but not much else. Outside of that, you need to get a new printer with Win 7 support.
