Hp printer prints so slow

Reinstalled drivers on Hp printer but still going slow. It prints a little then waits 30 seconds, then prints a little more then waits another 30 seconds etc.. What is wrong with this thing?

It is connected directly via USB to my home computer which is Windows 7 OS.

Hi there

Make sure you only see one installed printer under your devices and hardware. I you see more that one not selected as default remove them by right clicking and select remove.



We need more info, Printer model number
Did you use the driver CD? If yes than go link below and down the drivers for your printer. Remove all old drivers before installing the downloaded drivers.
