That's a 200W PSU which means you need to upgrade it if you want a decent GPU. What games are you planning to play and at what FPS and graphics quality preset?

You will basically need a whole new system except for the SSD and HDD.

at the moment im getting 60fps with vysnc on on all call of dutys up till black ops 3 and infinte warfare on medium and most stuff of id prefer high with most stuff on. also with vsync on it get 70 to 90. Is my current set up safe for my pc? whats the cheapest low level upgrade u can think off.

I wouldn't call it safe, its slightly above its limits. The PSU is definitively being overloaded and might not last long, it might fry components of your PC. Sadly its a property PSU and case and probably a property motherboard. e.g. not standard, you will need a new system, you can reuse the SSD and HDD. Your PSU should be "fine" without the GT710. Nvidia recommends at least a 300W PSU for the GT710.

checked website psu can be upgrade and also motherboard as its a buisness pc was made for upgrading any ideas. seen pretty could benchmarks for this pc.

woah thermal paste? didnt realise i would be getting that into it. On the pdf it just says replace the same cooler back on top of the cpu. could u explain how id i go about adding thremal paste. sorry just learning
