I bought a HP Prodesk 600 G3 (model y3e02av) for a friend with the intention of upgrading it with a half decent graphics card. I was hoping for a 250w power supply, but the PSU it came with is an 180w proprietary 12v power supply with a 4 pin cpu and 4 + 7 pin motherboard connector. Now from my research, I have two options, I can either buy a proprietary HP PSU, or buy a normal ATX PSU and somehow adapt it to work with the motherboard. I rather buy a normal ATX PSU as it can be reused if my friend decides to build a system himself in the future, and it's cheaper.

The problem is, I can't find a proper 24 pin to 4 +7 pin adapter for the motherboard. There are adapters for other HP prebuilts like the Z230, elitedesk, and older prodesks, but not for my system. I was hoping to get some advice on this, and maybe some help finding the correct adapter if it exists.
