IMHO, please don't bother with a case transplant. Leave it as is. If you're set on swapping the case, you will have an issue with the front panel wiring, which I'd suggest looking this guide up;

As for your PSU for the new transplant, you will require a harness to adapt an ATX PSU off of the shelf to work with that motherboard.
