HP ProLiant DL380 G5 good for testing hyper-v?

Hi

I just found a used HP ProLiant DL380 G5 pretty cheap.
I need to setup a test env. for win server 2008 R2 with hyper-v.
As I can see this one works well with 2008 R2/hyper-v, right?

Any thoughts?

Edit:

I just found out that this thing is too biga and too noisy.
Maybe I should look at tower servers or normal desktops with hyper-v support.
