[SOLVED] hp psc 1200 scanner windows 10

Hello
I reinstalled windows 10. I have hp scanner AIO psc 1200 but whenever i connect it to the computer I get a message 'usb device not recognized . the last usb you connected to this computer multi functioned and windows can't recognize it' . although it was working on windows 10 before
I tried to use another usb ports and reinstalling usb driver from device manager but still the problem Thanks in advance

Did you check with HP for a driver for the scanner? This has nothing to do with the USB drivers themselves but the scanner driver.
