I noticed that every time i touch the printhead even when the printer
is turned off,it is too hot even after 1-2 days of no use.
Is it normal?

Thanks a lot!

No, the printhead should not be hot to the touch. You may have a defective
cartridge.

BTW, I hope you are only touching the plastic area and not the printhead nozzle
plate. Touching the nozzles could damage them.

no Bob i just touch the entire printhead plastic block when the printer
is off and the head is in the parking position on the left.
I have to say that everything in the printer's inside is hot.
I also noticed that the part outside behind is also hot (current and usb
part).
Should i try to remove the printheads and then see if it still generates
heat?
Should i call HP support?

Thank you very much Bob for your precious help!
