Hp psc 750 ink cartridge errors

Hello,
i'am having a problem with an error that keeps appearing when i have changed the black printer cartridge , i have cleaned the contacts , cleaned the cartridge , tried another new cartridge .... still the same message "saying wrong cartridge"
PLEASE HELP ME

have you check the cartridge you inserted if its the right model for your printer? have it double check.
