Question HP Recommended BIOS Update. Should I do?

I have an HP Elitebook X360 830 G6. When I run the HP Support Assistant software it's recommending I update teh BIOS from it's current HP R78 Ver. 01.06.00 6/3/2020 to

I found something on the HP site at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_7174717-7174744-16/hpsbhf03818 but don't fully undestand the impact/

I am not too familiar with BIOS stuff but amw wodering if I ahould do this?

The system is running Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044.


Any advice you may have would be appeciated.
