I live in Canada and I can say HP must be in the top 5 companies for worst customer support. Within 2 hours one girl who couldn't speak proper English hung up on me, after going through two other people I was told to bring the HP 401m Pro printer to Canada Computers for warranty (MOBO died after 2 months) so I called them to fin dout they don't service printers. Stay away from HP

I'll be waiting the the 20in Android version due this fall. 980 for an under-powered no keyboard laptop, no thanks.
