Hi I m robi, I m using a pc with gigabyte gah61m-ds2 bomo. & I m also use a hp scanjet 200 model scanar. Suddenly when I m trying to scanned anything. its scaned black shadow . But when I m trying to other pc it's work perfectly. Is this my USB problem???? But my USB keyboard+mouse+pendrive +printer perfectly work. But Without my portable hdd. My portable hdd show on boot menu + boise. But not showing on this pc. I m using Windows 10.
I know this problem is very complex....pls....help me.....
