Question HP Screen Sleeping

Hey guys, hoping someone can help with this.

I just started a new job and my new employer is having some issues with his laptop deciding to get the screen to go to sleep constantly. I adjusted the power settings so far that it isn't supposed to ever go to sleep but like clockwork whenever he steps away for more than a minute it turns the display off. This obviously isn't crippling, just frustrating.

The laptop is a HP Envy x360 running on Windows 10.

Try switching to the High Performance power plan (and you may need to download it - a web search will give you all the information on doing that).
