Question HP Spectre 16 x360 (2024)- Clutch Like Fan Noise on Start

Hi Guys,

I've just taken delivery of HP Spectre 16 x360 (2024), and noticed that whenever the fans kick-in, there is a clutch-like sound. I didn't notice this on my last 2024 Spectre-is this normal?
