Hp specture 360x sounds cracked

I am currently using a hp specture 360x. It seems like everything was okay but the speaker. The first time using this laptop, i noticed the speaker sounds a little cracked. I wonder does this also happen to people who are using this laptop ir isit just mine? since my laptop was shipped, i am afraid that the shipping may have damaged the speaker somehow.

is it a new laptop from HP? I would have it checked under warranty, there should not be a cracking sound when listening to things. Does it only happen with music or videos or specific to one type of file or just all sound?
