Question Hp Stream Notebook - Question Mark not working?

Hey guys, I press and hold the Shift key then the ? which is on the top line of this keyboard on the same key as the f1 but it doesn't type, any ideas please? I reinstalled the windows 10 and same deal. All other keys are working.
