I have 4gb ram and it says only 3.75 available. How do I take advantage of the rest?

If you just post once,every one will see them,no need to post 3 replies
If you have a 32bit OS,then it won't see the full 4GB of RAMs',you have to install a 64 bit OS to recognize all of your RAM.
Also i don't think you can OC the laptops CPU,its not recommended either due to heat

its probably the graphics card confiscating some of the ram, the more the gfx card takes, the better your gaming performance. this should be adjustable in your bios, but you never know with those dam OEM guys
