Question HP Victus 16 "90B" error

90B error (fans not working properly) on Hp Victus 16, no BIOS update available and no USB port working. How can it be solved?

How, where, when is the "90B" error appearing?

HP Victus 16-s0044nt with Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 7, RTX 4060.

It's been about 6 months since I've bought it, I haven't played too heavy games actually (the heaviest may be Hogwarts Legacy or RDR2) and I was on Google when the error occured, around 2 weeks ago. Suddenly my mouse and fans stopped working , I restarted it and got the error.
PC works fine just the fans and USB ports are not working. The error screen is the first thing appearing when I open the laptop.
