Hp w1907 no power

I have a HP W1907 LCD that does not work. Press the power button and nothing -- no light on power button, nothing. I have taken it apart and everything looks fine -- no bad caps, no burnt marks, etc. Power button circuit board seems OK -- little button on board clicks like it should. Any ideas??? this is a really nice LCD and I would like to get it working again. Reply to stein@westelk.com . Thank you

The backlight may need replacing. I've seen pictures; some look like small flourescent tubes. They don't cost much, but I don't know where to order them.
