HP Windows Vista

My HP Windows Vista won't shut down completely...the power button remains on after the shutting down process. It cools right down and everything else is as it should be when I start it up, although it starts a whole lot quicker!

Are you sure it's not set to sleep after pressing the power button? That's usually the default.
