Question Hp z440 failed to start

Hi guys i have hp z440 workstation , i tried to add two graphic card on it and removed the cables of it , now when i plug the power cable it starts the fan at full speed and the thing beside the pcie started to heat up , its like that no display nothing to show just i put the cable and it starts by itself , i started to remove the battery everything still the same .

Did you verify or replace the PSU such that you had a unit capable of running two GPU?

It would be quite rare for a workstation to have a strong enough PSU to run that load unless it was built to do so from the start. Add age and.....

Yea the psu is 700 watt and i had it running before but to be honest i never face a pc or workstation starts by itself when i just plug the power cable , the thing is that 4 sided thing beside the gpu was almost reaching 80 degrees when i plugged the cable , afterwards it does not have a heat anymore it does not heat up but still the motherboard is running the fan in full speed .
