Question HP Z440 passive GPU cooling

I bought a HP Z440 workstation to build a NAS and run some docker containers (mainly Jellyfin). Long story short, I want to buy a Nvidia Tesla P4 gpu to hardware accelerate my video streams, however these Tesla GPUs don't have any kind of active cooling, and just rely on server airflow to cool down.
I was wondering if the front cooler fan of the Z440 is able to cool it down, or if I'd need a custom cooling solution.

Here a image for reference:

You can certainly just make a little air shroud out of some cardboard or plastic and slap a fan on it, but the passive airflow in most chassis will not be enough.

You can also get 3d printed shrouds:

I was worried I'd have to use this kind of solution. Using a blower fan and an adapter would do the trick, but I really wanted to use the prebuild front chassis fan to cool it down.

This is the fan I'm talking about. It has this weird plastic connectors, so I was wondering if there are OEM adaptors for directioning the airflow or if there are custom ones.

Ideally you would use a fan designed for static pressure to push through the restrictions of the heat sink. If it isn't tightly against the fin stack, in this case funneled into the fin stack, most of the air will not pass through the heatsink and do almost nothing.

You can buy one of those solutions, or get up to some papercraft and tape it on. You can try using that case fan, but I doubt it will be extremely effective.
