Question HP z440

Hello everibody, i need a little MUCH help 😉 I bought a HP Z440 workstation, and a proc e5 xeon 1650 v4. I encounter the most undesireble error: no led ligt at te keyboard and no image on screen. I change gpu, twicw, bouth function normally on other PC. I put a single dimm of memory from 4 i thought mayba the memory is malfunction.I put keyboard and mouse in all usb slots. Nothing helps 🙁 Any advice will be wellcome: i suspect it has to do with BIOS, i ceared the bios, no rezult. Please, a little help will be much apriciated. Thank you in advance!

I don`t know i boght all as pieces from e-bay and aliexpress, but MB seems to work all coolers are spining, led on MB light error code was biiping when i forgot to mount cooler!
