[SOLVED] HP Z800 Workstation Cannot Set Time And Date

I am having trouble setting time and date in bios of a HP z800 Workstation. When I try using + or - to increase values or page down or page up the little flashing _ goes away and nothing happen. The flashing _ only reappears when I hit up arrow or down arrow keys. Strange part is when I use 2 or 8 it goes from 12/31/2000 to either 00/30/2000 or 01/30/2000 or 03/30/2000. PS I even tried typing the date / time in as well with no luck figure it couldn't hurt.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone has an idea or suggestion that would be lovely.

make sure you have the numpad enabled!

I did have it enable and yes disabling it does nothing to help
