Does anyone have experience with putting 64gigs of ram into this model? Will it take it?

Looking to buy this used laptop and need to know. Thanks

According to HP, 8GB max per slot.
2 slots.

So no....no 64GB.

The official specs only show 32GB max RAM.

Thanks, I know I put 64gigs in an Alienware 17 R4 that only listed max 32gigs in specs, so was looking for some first hand experience, not references to specsheets. Thanks anyways guys.

I don't think you can even get 32GB DIM's of DDR3L. The Alienware 17 R4 uses DDR4 of which there is 32GB DIM's, so not surprised you can push that to 64GB.
