Hello,
Help,nurse with very little time on her hands-needing to print a report.Loaded new cartridge black into machine. but keeps flashing ink error.
It appears the printer has not acknowledged new cartridge-TRIED going into printer properties,but cannot find tab or icon to click for installation of new cartridge..

Is cartridge HP OEM or an After market brand, HP have a problem accepting After market brands ad refilled Cartridges, There are others here awaiting the same answer, But if you are in a hurry I would suggest Getting some HP original cartridges, A bit more expensive but you will have no hassles with installation

But first check that you have removed the tape covering the cartridge heads, simple things can trip the most experienced of us up
