HP2180 not working after upgrade to Windows 7

I have tried installing latest software from HP web site but still no joy.
Anyone have any ideas?

Try running the diagnostic utility. Pay attention to the version you get (32bit or 64bit).

I carried out a clean install and this resolved the problem. Thanks for the advice.

mine stopt working after I installed windows7, put new drivers in but now the cartridges give of all kinds of faults and i have been advised to take out the cmos battery in the printer but cannot locate it. Anyone have any idea where this button battery is inside the hp deskjet f2180 ?
