Hpe 570t won’t run my R780 240

My hp hpe 570t won’t run my AMD R7 240. The fan come on when first booted but afte r2-3 seconds shuts off what is going on what do I need to do I am getting frustrated

What is the wattage on the power supply and the amp rating on the 12V rail on it?
Check for a newer BIOS for the system before installing the card. Could be a power issue, could be an issue with the OEM motherboard not working with that video card. Is the card a known good one? Works OK in another system?

The power supply is fine because the card I am using is a low power card it’s a AMD Radeon R7 240 4gb card and the power supply I am using is a thermaltake 600w 80plus certified and have tried everything you mentioned and still doesn’t work. Also the card is good and works in my other Pc just fine and the port on the pc is fine because it will run another card I have just find so not sure what’s going on I figure it could be a compatibility issue
