HP's Wild Claim: New Spectre x360 Has 22-Hour Battery Life

When I first read this New Spectre x360 Has 22-Hour Battery Life, my first thought was HP found a new specter bug. So they may want to rethink the name and how they advertise it. I know after reading the whole news article there advertising a new product not a new spectre bug, still this was the first thing I thought of when I read the head line for this news article.

I had the exact same inital though.

I would love to see a version of this with i7-8750H, 1050Ti/VEGA M & 32GB RAM. I know it will be thicker but that is expected.

This is not the same model.

So?

Manufacturer claims aren't always wrong. And in this case this is what they claim it has. Certainly its a similar spec on the similar platform and it achieves 16 hours on actual testing.

Clickbait-y articles suck. You try to stand out by using click-bait, and suddenly everyone starts to use the same tactic. Then you don't stand out anymore, but now all articles suck.

HP uses Spectre x360 name for all models and even previous Generation , and they vary alot. in battery size , quick charge and specs ...

to know HP products you need the model number not only the model name.

Again, doesn't matter. The whole article is about how manufacturer claims are wrong. Obviously some manufacturers are worse than others but I'm showing you a real world example where it can meet that number, and not just when its doing nothing.

Click-baitey.
