I just purchase a HP USB Flash Drive v165w 4GG. When I ordered it I thought It was preprogramed to Specifically back up something but I have lost the info. Is there something specific it is supposed to do? I received the email on the 25th of February. Can you help me? When I plugged it in nothing happened. Thank you. Lou ( loularson.1@gmail.com)

the products spec's make no mention of any software being included, just a lanyard to make it easy to carry. So basically you have an empty 4gb flash drive.
