[SOLVED] Hpw2408h weird scaling at 75hz

I have an hpw2408h and in the manual and specs it says it ca run up to 85hz but I just tried to run it at 75hz. Whenever I do it does weird scaling and is really fuzzy like a lower resolution. Native resolution is 1920x1200 but I even tried to set the 75hz at 1920x1080 but same weird scaling and fuzziness. I tried CRU as well and same result. I also am using a VGA cable which should be able to run at least 75hz at 1920x1080.

Read the manual again. Max is 60 Hz at 1920×1200.
