HS/F E1400 (OEM) fit on New_Proc (E6300)?

Would the stock HS/F that came with my E1400 (eMachines) fit on a new processor (E6300)?-

it should, the LGA 775 CPU's are all the same size therefore the heatsink/fans should support it. May want to look into another solution though.
