Hi all,

Running a A64 3200+ on a Gigabyte K8NXP-SLI with 2 x 512 Crucial 'Ballistix'
RAM (PC4000). At the moment I'm running the CPU @ 2195 (1.55v) with the
memory @ 219 (2.8v). I've also raised the HTT voltage by 0.1v. I've had real
problems oveclocking the system but am running the current settings with
Prime95 running and Far Cry is stable (haven't loaded any other games yet).
I've alos run mem test and the MS memeory checker - no errors.

All this has been very much based on reading around, trial and, of course,
error! One of the things I've done (I've also increased CAS from 2.0 to 2.5
and slackened some RAM timings) is reduce the HTT down to 3 my main question
is how much of a performance hit am I getting from lowering this setting?

TIA

BillL

Your HTT setting is fine. You are not losing any performance.
